3.UV LED Handling Precautions
Be extremely careful when handling the UVLEDs. NEVER touch front surface of the UVLEDs, any touch would lead chip dropping off, gold lines breakage and contaminated by oil on bare hand.
Avoid the UVLEDs dropping and strong impact.
Handle the UVLEDs with tweezers, Any UVLEDs should only be held by its ceramics or aluminum body, not by the front top, window glass and lens, Failure to comply might result in damage of chip, gold line, glass and lens.
4.DUV 280nm COB 16 chip Storage
The UVLEDs should be kept at 30oC or less and 80% RH or less (for non-hermetically sealed types). UVLEDs. The UVLEDs should be used within 3 months.
Moisture absorbent material (silica gel) and sealed container, such as nitrogen storage container, are recommended for the SMT packages to keep moisture to a minimum in the UVLEDs
Do not stack AR4N, especially AR4N-A-B and H. Stacking AR4N-A-B and H with lens May cause the damage of lens due to UVLED stacked above.
5.Static Electricity
The UVLEDs are ESD (electrostatic discharge) sensitive, static electricity and surge voltages seriously damage the UVLEDs. Precautions must be taken against ESD when handling or operating the UVLEDs.
6.It can be widely used in disinfection, water and food processing, medical devices, polymer curing, security,  communications and other fields.
